T&J Legacy Events provides event design, balloon installations, backdrops, full styling, rentals, and catering services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your event will be set out in a written quote or proposal, which forms part of these terms once accepted.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the proposal. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the balance due before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dates are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a defined period before the event may incur additional charges to cover materials and committed supplier costs. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your proposal.
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, securing any necessary venue permissions and access for setup and breakdown, and ensuring a safe environment for our team and installations. Delays or restrictions caused by the venue or third parties are outside our control.
We may photograph our work at your event for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer that we do not use images of your event, please let us know in writing in advance and we will respect your wishes.
We take great care in delivering every event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total value of the services provided. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
